Placed an order through big foodie at 5.07pm after 2 hours waiting, I called the takeaway to be advised you hadn't generated a ticket for them to cook and deliver the food. I have no way of knowing if this is the case. Nearly 3 hours later I am still without food....will not be using big foodie app again.....very disappointed

This take away service is not actually open. I'm not impressed that you take the money before the order has been confirmed.
